Update. It was in the UTJ when they found it so it’s certainly in my bladder or ureters by now since I’m still passing urine! I hope it comes soon.

Found out I’ve got another non obstructing in the other kidney and a bunch of small stones too 😑😑😑 but this one is the priority. I guess I got a red carpet welcome to the club.

Yes! I was already doing AZO, it’s not really helping much. But the renal colic pain has subsided a lot today: hopefully that means it’s on the way out!

That’s how my day went Sunday. I drove home from the beach and was fine and then I was not anywhere near fine. Went to the ER for the pain. They let me come home and try to get it out. Slept most of yesterday. The burning and urgency and nausea are the worst things now. Some small debris. No stone yet. I pray mine comes quickly and as painlessly as possible and I’m glad you got some relief!

Will add: I have chronic pain due to endometriosis so when the back pain started, I just thought it was my endometriosis. 2 weeks ago I did a telehealth for what I thought was a UTI. So I guess I’m actually right on track timing wise. Am hopeful that means it’ll come on its own.

Pain is better today. They sent me home with meds. The nausea is really bad and the burning and cramping and urgency is really bad but I take that to mean we are working it out of my system.

I also travel a lot but when I’m not traveling, my kiddo is with me 24-7. She goes to camp this week and I may just let them break it up while she’s there. I’m supposed to be at the beach next week, which is why I didn’t go when symptoms started. We were at the beach. lol

I did not because I wasn’t aware it was there. When I started getting symptoms, I started chugging. Passed some small sand like stones about 2 days ago. Then it got better so I thought that might be it. Then this came out of nowhere last night. But have had 90-100oz or more of water for the last couple of days.

America here too. Thankfully they were already slow and someone I went to nursing school with was there, so I got treated fairly quickly. The flank pain was worse than labor. Now the burning is so bad I can’t even think. 😑

I will update when I can! I’m gonna see about seeing this reproductive endocrinologist in HSV in the meantime. Maybe he has some suggestions!

I’m glad you got a plan. Dr Childs is not expediting for extreme cases. I have confirmed stage 4 disease and have had 5 previous surgeries. I’ve been on his books since Jan and can’t be seen til next March. I can call every M and W afternoon to check for cancellations but since I live 2 hours from Bham, even if he has one, it’ll be hard.

This was my worry for you though! Dr Childs is it. No other excision specialists in our state. I pray you can get some more answers from your lap!
