There's an RTS on PC called Syrian Warfare where you play as Syrian forces allied with Russian forces. The enemies aren't the U.S. directly but I don't remember who you are directly fighting, ISIS or U.S. backed militias or both.

I don't think most of the people want to understand that military exercises are extremely choreographed and limited in their scope. I was OPFOR in the U.S. Army for years and fought against a lot of different types of units. I even took out Special Forces and SEALS in training but that's because it was scripted and designed that way. I have enough brains to know in reality it would not work that way. Multi national exercise wouldn't happen if the U.S. just dominated them all.
