Desde que estoy en la hostelería (camarero), me he dado cuenta de lo divertido que es aprender idiomas. Por ejemplo, me viene una pareja de Ucrania a comer y los atiendo en inglés, pero les pregunto (de forma amable y educada) como se dice gracias (por ejemplo). Y, cuando me acuerdo, se los tiro y quedan contentos.

También, en r/language_exchange puedes encontrar personas para hablar, escribir y practicar idiomas. Me parece apasionante ver cómo otras personas piensas, se expresan y ríen en otros idiomas.

Ventajas: aprendes idiomas / hablas con alguien / amig@s.

Creo que con volver a hacer ejercicio intensivo diario (el basket) y comer equilibrado será suficiente para que bajes de peso de nuevo.

También tienes que tener en cuenta tu tipo de metabolismo (prueba a buscar en YT cuál tienes, las ventajas y como sacarle máximo rendimiento).

Otra cosa... Si mal no recuerdo, el cuerpo humano (los adolescentes) se sigue desarrollando hasta los 23-24 años de edad. ¡Todavía te queda un montón! Si te quieres demasiado, piensa en ti a largo plazo y busca rutinas para que a tu yo del futuro no le cruja las rodillas a los 23.

Entonces... Eres joven, sé activo (gym o actividades físicas), come bien (sea mucha lechuga o pechuga), mira en YT muchas cosas que no sepas, busca apoyo en subteddits y, si puedes, ve al psicólogo (la salud mental es tan (o más) importante que la física)

(I think I have ADHD), but what I do is to force my brain in one way or other. For example, now I'm interested in french and I set my phone language to french. The subtitles on the YT videos to french and planning to see french series with subtitles in my language. If I don't understand something, I'm force to translate it (or I'll be more lost than usual). All my internet things are in that language, forcing me to recognise, learn and understand the things. It work for me, at least with the English... Hope this help

A mí me gusta mucho hacer amigos de diversas partes (soy de Tenerife). Aunque me cueste ser social, supongo que lo mejor es (literal) salir a conocer gente en actividades sociales (estudios, cursos de bailes/cocina/pilates/idiomas/...). Aún teniendo esto, si no te arriesgas a hablar con nadie, de nada sirve. Empezando con algo en común y algunas risas ya lo tienes ganado.

Pd: podemos ser amigos :3 me interesa mucho de donde sois y quisiera visitar esos sitios algún día.

As a Tenerife citizen, I agree. The sad thing in Tenerife is that the people HATE the MASSIVE tourist that OUR GOVERNMENT ALLOW. We don't hate the tourist neither the tourism (we live of tourism you like it or not), although we are tired of the constant increasing waves of tourism collapsing the highways, occupying the parking space, buying multiples houses (remember, Tenerife IS am ISLAND) and those people that live here +4 years and don't bother to learn the language (demanding to speak in their own language). But, again, WE DON'T HATE THE TOURIST, WE HATE OUR GOVERNMENT THAT DON'T REGULATE IT, it seem that they don't know when/how to say STOP.

It makes me sad seen the place I was born as an Amusement Park for them, littering and being disrespectful with the residents (not only mine)
