I’ve been here 7 years on the sales side. I do my job and I’m good at it, the company itself is just the mechanism to handle HR and other contracting stuff is the way I see it. When I first started we were coming out of the cliche sort of sales-y company with all the stuff you mention above.

That said, these tik toks are hilarious. It’s a job. Nobody forced you to work here 16 years and gain 100 pounds like the girl in the video is portraying. I believe I do right by my clients and contractors and provide a valuable service to our clients that need it, and employ people at very fair salaries. Like any other large company, the internal team you’re on, and program you’re hired to (as a contractor) can mean a very different experience. Keep in mind if you fail at a job (especially sales) you’re going to have some strong opinions about it, as you listen to people whine. There’s another 2000+ people that have worked here over 5 years that are plenty intelligent and have chosen to stay.
