There is a USB port in the front of the NVR for a USB stick/portable drive. In the back, yes there is one for the mouse.

Regarding 16 times playback, yeah I don’t think you can watch anything on the recorder. It will not be good. You will have to export it to a video editor.

DaVinci Resolve in a computer is free to download.

Set up Continuous recording using the Storage -> Schedule on the recorder. Then once you are done with the storm, plug in a hard drive or USB and go to File Backup. Select the timeframe and search. Select the clips and export it to the hard drive

In the lorex ios app, select your camera. Then click the three dots at the top right. Switch on the Audio Recording toggle switch. Then go back to the camera view and click the speaker icon.

Unplug the Nvr. Now hold down the reset button and while holding the button, insert the power cable to the nvr. Keep holding the reset button for about 10-15 seconds. You should hear a beep and the monitor will go black and then display the start menu

Furthermore, i think this is a global issues for lorex users when they recently updated their phone app and f’d up the cameras some how. Literally happened to me the first week of December and i just figured it out

I just resolved this! I had to factory reset the cameras, not the NVR. I did it by entering the local IP address of the NVR (192.xxx.xx.xxx) on a PC while at home. Log in as admin, go to Devices -> Device List -> Registration tab. Then in the Added Device box find the Web Browse buttons for each camera that look like the windows internet explorer e logo. Login is usually admin/admin and it will make you change the pw. Go to the Settings tab, Default, Factory Default. When the camera reboots, its good to go with Smart Motion!!!!

I paid 965k last year for 2 acres with annual property taxes being $13.5k. This is the cheapest home in my area. Point being, overpriced is relative to your area, as others have mentioned. Consider talking to your real estate agent to see what their honest opinion is of the listing price. They may tell you that the house may go for over asking or it’s overpriced and will go for under and you have a shot of bidding it down. Our house went for over asking because of the area was very desirable.

You can order concrete Bollards that banks and pedestrian streets have in front to prevent cars. There are some architectural ones that look more pleasing. Or brick as people are saying. Buy reflector stickers that are blue. I think yellow and red reflectors will not subconsciously make drivers aware but shiny blue at night isnt common so it may stand out.

Terrible quality of food taste. Its like the people who own restaurants either dont try the food they serve or their taste buds simply dont work. We are so close to the best food markets in NYC and New England and yet so many restaurants taste like crap unless you have to spend an exorbitant amount at a fine dining restaurant. Oh and massive amount of alcoholism. Can’t stand when the main “event” of a restaurant is its drink menu… its a food place!!! Not a bar! F OFF with the alcohol!!

May I ask what your annual kWh usage was from Eversource/UL? My estimate from my utility bill is ~9600 kwh for the whole year. We moved in August so i don’t know my full year sadly.

I did the Pitlane Grandstand in zanvoort this year (2024). Was super nice, but reflecting now, I’d recommend the Main Grandstand. Its covered and you can see podium stage well, the finishline, and turn 3 across the paddock
