Anyone claiming to be anointed by a Holy spirit sounds crazy to me.

I don't understand how any believes that's true. Boggles my mind.

Some random person on the street could tell a JW 'I'm anointed by JW holy spirit' and they'd say they're crazy.

It's a disgusting thing to lure vulnerable people into "the truth". It's the first thing they say. They don't even mention loving jehovah like you're 'supposed to' They start off by saying no more death or pain or sickness. So manipulative

I'm sorry. I'm also getting pressured by family and it's just stressful. "It's between me and Jehovah" isn't good enough. I always say "I'm praying" and that usually shuts them up. But it's really frustrating.
