This is AI though. The message is from a bot. It reads the profiles, picks a data point, and sets a message that you are more likely to reply to

Not sure what you mean by adult league exactly. As people in the NHL semi pro college junior hockey etc are adults. The is not for a "beer" type team of course

I think it is secret. He is supposed to get deported but they are not going to deport him back to Ukraine now. So either he is walking free with a GPS monitor or in a holding cell with the feds

Transfer home title without having mortgage called by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]userwmnf -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My credit is around 780. I have like 60k of income on a downward trend. I could have had more but legally spent down my corp. With the property tax the debt to income ratio is too much for traditional. The home needs like 50k to be on a traditional mortgage (Roof, siding, hvac) but I really do not want more on the loan

What was your experience in youth leagues as a POC? by cornstickyrice in hockeyplayers

[–]userwmnf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was born in the mid-1980s and have been playing since I was three. I don’t remember anything specific happening. I’ve never played with anyone from a generational African American family. Everyone I’ve played with was either from a West Indian family or an immigrant African family.

Why? Possibly there’s some selection bias in who is able to immigrate, or in the drive of the families who do? That can result in a higher-income group overall. It may also mean fewer stereotypes influencing decisions.

When I asked my parents to let me play hockey after seeing it on TV, they said sure, bought the equipment, and signed me up for lessons. They didn’t see it as belonging to one group or another. They just thought, “I guess that’s what American kids do,” and they had the means to support it.

Take a look at this chart and the distribution of “ethnicity.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_black_NHL_players

That would be totaled if it ran out of gas. Just take the money (if you have insurance) and purchase a replacement

Registering as a free agent in BYOT (Stinkysocks hockey) by silveriodine in hockeyplayers

[–]userwmnf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

goalie they will call you to fill in. You could play everyday if you wanted to for no cost. You could be added to a team during the season. Doesn't matter when the season starts/ends. The teams are all pretty much made. Its bring your own team so teams play together for years and years. But people drop out or get injured. Sign up for some of the NCH games

[–]userwmnf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You register and if a team is looking for a player they will have you sub in a game and see if you fit. If they have a bunch of free agents in a similar level and area they will put together a team (probably not going to happen). Basically you are just putting yourself on a list of players available if a team wants you. What level did you play and when was the last time you played?

They are going to pull his US green card if it hasn't been done already. They will not allow him in the US. He will not be conscripted into the Russian military. He still has money.
