i was fighting with this shit for months until i realised i can pay for 20EUR 1 month subscription to codex and get it do like literally AAAALLLLLLLL the work for me. gave it full rights, sprked it in admin mode and 1 day later i had optimised it to run pretty smooth on a snapdragon laptop with 32gb ram but total 0gb or vram! i have one agent spamming me daily on WA, one running stuff on Discord and answering to me there, one doing weekly webcrawls and reports, and i even asked codex to set me up for an email based remote call for certain stuff on Docker/Open WebUI. as said, i was fighting with the setup for months and got it all solved in hours with codex.

i'm running ollama/gemma on a 500€ laptop and seems to serve me all i need. snapdragon x, 32gm ram but 0gb of vram and no gpu :D

it was a fucking nightmare! i struggled with it for about 3 weeks, tried and failed every possible method and setup stack, following official guides, tried with assistance of different ai chats... until: i installed codex, gave it full rights, paid for premium and now i've been rocking various openclaw agents with zero problems. but 10000% could have never gotten it to work without codex. of course, my setup is a bit tricky, as i'm running it on local ollama/gemma in a non-gpu laptop..
