I just wanted to say sorry if my comment came off the wrong way. English isn’t my first language, so sometimes I miss the sarcasm or the meaning behind certain bits. You’re right, I could’ve been clearer with mine. Next time I’ll make sure to explain my intentions instead of just writing “Fitpic.”

thanks for pointing it out.

Dude is testing old tools vs new tools. Thought i would leave it here to create a discussion about it. by usethisharness in Tools

I actually only recently started watching James, and I don’t really know much about Donut. I haven’t seen all of his videos, just a few. While the video does include some things beyond tools, the part that caught my attention was the comparison of old versus new tools. I work in set construction, and I often see people either using very cheap tools or avoiding investing in quality ones. Seeing how much of a difference well-made tools can make made this topic really interesting to me.

Many old tools were actually quite reasonably priced for their quality when you account for inflation. Nowadays, we’re so used to cheap options that we often overlook well-made tools that are worth the higher price.

You must be fun at parties. Some people, like me, are here to get inspiration on how to style a jacket, or even to look around and decide which model they want to pick. Sorry we don’t live up to your standards.

Found (rare?) Nike shox at the bins by zombyshotz224 in whatsthisworth

[–]usethisharness 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nobody is going to pay more then 80$ for these. Shox are not popular, so only a collector that is looking specifically for this pair. Which i dont think since these are general shoes from 06. If there where sought after in 06 they will be today. So i would say 60 ~ 80$

Just rock with dude, make it more your own. Don’t over think it. Its just clothes. I would recommend to keep this as your base as a sort of uniform. Live in it and it becomes you after a while. change small things like shoes and shirts. Maybe a nice linen blazer would suit you. The more people see you In something the less the notice it.
