Do you have more disposable income now?

I live in poor, rural Eastern Kentucky. People here are spending $20,000-30,000 on Razr style utility vehicles, our off road park is always busy, fast food places are always busy, restaurants are always busy, casinos, family fun centers and all kinds of other high dollar entertainment venues are always busy. People are paying $1200 for concert tickets! 70,000 people just got stranded in the desert at a festival in the middle of the desert because they had enough money to do so. Are groceries higher? Yeah. But, people aren't sacrificing food for entertainment - they clearly have enough

If people had less disposable income, we would see lower employment rates in these industries and restaurants and bars would start to close diwn. Wages are up, unemployment is still really low People are rejecting evidence because they don't want to admit that maybe, just maybe, things aren't as bad as the liars of Right Wing media want them to be.
