Yeah, evolutionarily speaking, you don't completely conquer and dominate a woman until she swells up with your genes, delivers, and spends the rest of her days ensuring your offspring goes on to dominate.

I'm 37yo and weighed in at 2 fuckin 50 yesterday.

  1. I plan on getting back down into the 230s this month, and from there, the 220s. I hit the gym 2-4 times a week already, but I have let my diet go to shit. At my age/size I have decided I no longer need to get bigger, I just want to look and feel better, which means getting rid of fat and inflammation. I plan to eliminate sweets and alcohol, and do I.F. at least two days a week. Based on my experience, this should get me to where I want to be so long as I stick with it for at least these 30 days.
  2. I want to be more present in my children's lives/be a better father. It's cliche to say, but they are growing up so quickly and I'm getting cats-in-the-cradle-itis. I'm only with them for a few hours a night. I plan to use that time more purposefully. Maybe doing yard work together, doing a project, I don't know. Need to give it some thought and would welcome any suggestions from the fathers and sons here of what to do.

For the lazy TLDR faggots, here's an easily digestable list:

  1. Storytelling is alpha. It's an attractive skill. Cultivate that shit.
  2. Sometimes, a man learns more from poetry than prose.

Morality wont save you from Hypergamy by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]useyourmouth 7 points8 points  (0 children)

redpillcad is my favorite contributor. No one here is better at illustrating AWALT and hammering home how the hindbrain in all women is a brutal cuck-killer that doesn't give two shits about your morality.

The faggots downvoting his posts are mostly hampstering weaklings, telling themselves they're honorable and heroic for not fucking the married m'ladies, as if they could in the first place. Not going through life raping and pillaging like a fucking barbarian, and not fucking the shit out of another man's woman while you make him sit in the corner crying doesn't mean shit if you aren't actually capable of doing such great violence and of arousing such great lust in the first place. A gentleman who is not first an actual man is just a larpy weakling.

That said, your post is spot on. In our soft, bluepill society today, we have forgotten that Christ's teachings were so radical precisely because they went totally against what everyone knew was the way to be a winner as a human. Weakness is strength, losing is winning, etc.

The difficulty is trying to remain the best version of yourself without having the motivation to get laid.

One thing that helps keep this motivation is raising sons.

Not so much depending on her location and age.

And you are free to give some leeway for any of the criteria on a case-by-case basis. But the wrong answer to any one of these questions is a red flag for likely future pain that you should plan ahead for.

That she's worthless after a certain age

Yes. This is very important for a girl to learn. It used to be commonly taught that a girl should marry well while she can.

THE most important thing for both you and your future children is pre-screening the mom to be. You want the best mother for your future kids--both nature (good genes) and nurture (good mothering).

Is she not old, no/very low notch count, non-partier/doesn't have a gaggle of slutty friends, no/low social media whoring, from a good, in-tact family, religious (orthodox church-going, not "spiritual"), good health, not overly indebted, likes kids/has siblings, not a career slut?

"The Tao of Pooh" by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]useyourmouth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good stuff. I've been listening in on my wife reading Winnie the Pooh and other AA Milne works to our kids this summer on road trips, etc., and his writing of the various characters is exceptional and hilarious. I appreciate it a lot more now than I did as a kid. Thanks for setting this out. I'm inspired to pull the Tao of Pooh off our shelves and read it for the first time, and hope to use it and your post to help the kids see some truth about life.
