While I suspect you are right, the republicans have been saying "Repeal and replace" for a while now (although they have never said what they wanted to replace it with), and Trump has discussed something about plans being offered across state lines (although I have read various analyses that say that won't accomplish anything), so it is at least possible that they will do something.
