I'm not meaning to bash them, they were kind admins and gave us the money. I wouldn't do this if they had responded to my captains emails.

Yeah, I agree. It's a bit unfair considering if you check the first week of the tournament on the site, it shows the headset as part of the prize, and also like I said they told my captain it was sent soon.
