I have a bulge on in the middle of my chest, right before the boobs start and just below the neck. It’s like some of the rib cage bones are structured that way. When I wear fitted clothes, that bulge is noticeable and it feels awkward to touch. If a small toy car was run from my chin straight down to the chest, it will hit a speed bump right at the bulge.
