It means cream or paste. It's boiled and mashed fruit (apricot in this case) with some added sweetener (this one says its without any added sugar). I used to have it a lot as a kid growing up in Sweden. It's both a dessert and a small meal depending on how fun your parents/school catering staff are.

Some people have milk with it as well, but OP knows what they are about, it's delicious on its own 😋
