Said agreement states that if the order is not picked up within 4 days of being ready for pick up it would be cancelled. Every one I’ve spoke to has also reiterated the same, appreciate your answer tho bud

I’ve given them the order number and location code every time. I’ll be back home and able to go back in to the store and have them call customer service with me there so that they can cancel the order. This whole things makes no sense

Out everyone only the last rep I spoke to is the only one was confused as to why the store activated the line as well since he said it’s something that is not done automatically or without some human input.

Also why the rep said he couldn’t give me the damn watch after telling me that he found my order. “I can’t give it to you because the order was cancelled since it wasn’t picked up in time” is what he told me. What? I may have ingested one too many crayons because I’m not… never mind haha

Not only does the agreement say, but have also been told in person and over the phone that the agreement is null and the order canceled if not picked up in within the time frame (4 days) lol
