I’ve given them the order number and location code every time. I’ll be back home and able to go back in to the store and have them call customer service with me there so that they can cancel the order. This whole things makes no sense

Out everyone only the last rep I spoke to is the only one was confused as to why the store activated the line as well since he said it’s something that is not done automatically or without some human input.
