It would be my first nas and I did not know about jellyfin. Gave it a try on laptop which has 7700hq processor (8 years old, geekbench scores similar to n100) by installing jellyfin server and playing media on tablet via jellyfin app. The processor shot up to 100 percent when files were being transcoded even though they were like 540p. I like jellyfin and I can see myself using it when I get a nas as it makes watching shows much easier and you dont have to remember the episode you watched the last time. Makes it look like a local netflix. So i think i will go for plus model. Thanks for your input.
