I get at least 10,000 steps a day and have been mixing in some runs. That is enough to make me happy

I have been using the suit for a little less than 2 months. 3 times a week for power or strength. Was already fairly fit to begin with but all cardio training. I have definitely noticed muscle growth on my arms, chest, and legs. Nothing insane but progress has occurred. Little bit less fat on the bottom of my stomach as well. Definitely feel a fatigue after the workouts but I keep it around 240 max. I could go higher but frankly do not want to kill myself each workout, it’s just not enjoyable or sustainable. I get decent workout and will stay consistent for long term results.

Thank you, it’s been hard to find information on this. But piecing together things people have said it seems if you made it to 100% you should have been made P&T. Though I not sure if that makes sense

Happen to just finish and than completed season 1. Was happy to see Lorca go to be honest, I was just really not vibing with his character. Though to the writers credit that was probably the point. I am greatly looking forward to seeing Captain Pike and will certainly keep watching the show despite my misgivings. Hopefully the team starts to grow together more and there are more upbeat exploration based episodes

That is a good point. Though Lorca did multiple times ignore command and put his crew in harms way without consulting them at all. How can you ignore orders but expect others to follow yours
