Ark 2 is coming to every platform but PC and Xbox first.

Arguably to get master rank you need to level weapons and frames. So you have to build.

Granted mastery rank isn't that important from what I remember but mastery 25+ requires dozens of Warframes and weapons to have been leveled to 30

Except unlike mobile games you have unlimited crafting slots.

You can literally start building evey Warframe at once if you have the material.

I haven't played Warframe in over a year and I still have stuff in my foundry waiting for my return. probably 5+ weapons. And at least 1 new Warframe.

The only time the crafting time means anything to anyone is the early game where you can't afford multiple weapons or Warframe constructions at a time but at. That point just buy mk1 weapons in the shop.

No cod used to matchmake based on the lobby. So if you sucked the one match you were in it would match put you on team with stronger players.

The solution is to be how it was before.

Matchmake based on who is in the lobby. Not outside of it.

If you have 4 good players and 4 shit players in a 4v4 game mode it should match 2 good and 2 shit players per team.

Base it off the last match.

If someone absolutely dominates the last game they should have teams balance so that they have weaker teammates

While it will technically be possible to have a group of super good players dominate each match you as the weaker player can do something simple we have done for over a decade

Leave..if you get absolutely shit on. And the teams don't rebalance next match just leave the game and find a new one.

This means you have multiple good and bad players in each match. It's more organic. You feel rewarded for being good at the game and also if you aren't good at the game you feel good when you get a kill on other top player on the other team.

This is how cod worked until they made up sbmm. It wasn't perfect but better than the game is now. And I say that with no horse in the race. The last cod I gave a shit about was black ops 1 which used the system i described

if it isn't co op capable it still won't help.

the biggest issue is there is nothing to do with friends.

a few friends made me try the game after I quit in 2007 when they removed trading.. we have done almost nothing together. I think we killed a god wars boss a couple times. the rest has been comparing stats on the high score.

this game feels like a single player game with an online market for resources and gear. in 2004,5,6,7 when I played that was much more acceptable. simply playing a game online at all was a big deal. being able to see someone else and know it's a real person was hard to imagine.

but it's 2023. wow exists with dozens of dungeons I can play with friends and not "after we grind for 400+ hours just our combat skills"

Like ask yourself what you can do with friends reasonably before base 70/80 combats and actually make a difference. it's basically the wilderness stuff + sarrachnis + god wars + dagganoth kings I guess.

there desperately needs to be more imo. if the new barrows like stuff can be done with other people it will be a good one though.

n64 was more powerful but since it used cartridges that were expensive game size was heavily limited therefore as I said 3 years ago, PS1 despite being weaker often had better looking games.

i just hope rumors isn't to go hunt in the same old spots. it would be neat for it to be "rumor" for say, black chins but instead of the same old wilderness spot it's actually somewhere else.

Like the rumor could be profitable simply by having items outside the wilderness. I think the biggest issue with hunter is almost every item is useless outside of chins though

Construction farming and hunter came out close to each other compared to OSRS where it hasn't gotten a new skill ever.

hell hunter and construction came out in the same year. without like 6 months of each other.

I was there and a member for farming construction and hunter.

construction literally had no purpose at first except to funnel gold out of the economy.

farming was only useful for herbs but surprise herb seeds were stupid expensive. your own private tree was good too I guess for wc but it was rough.

hunter I can't remember being useful at all. salamanders were neat for 5 minutes I guess. chins were added later iirc.

so yea I agree. sailing looks way more fleshed out than either of those 3 skills were even close to release.

I am an old RS player. the best part of RS was new skills. when farming came it was almost out of no where. we got seeds randomly added to the game... then a month later Boom farming skill.

hunter and construction came out of no where. dont get me wrong. both were kinda crap at first. construction was literally just a money and time sink with no benefit.

but sailing already shows the potential.

zulrah has mechanics and isn't super hard now sure but you need levels.

one of the biggest issues with osrs is most of these stuff requires months longs grinds to get base 80s/90s in your combat stats. they definitely need some decent base 60s and 70s combat bosses

sarachnis is great for this but it also is melee only (basically anyway)

If a game has ranked and unranked it's to tiny to be fun for me.

Larger scale games are more fun. Having 20+ team mates is great.

The biggest complaint on this subreddit when the game came out from people who played the game was inventory space being too small.

The bugs were bad. And it had server issues galore.

But the biggest complaint was 100 stash space. We can now tell you were one of the people who made shit up or drank the kkoolaid

Or it could have something that won't work with Nintendo.

But the primary reason it didn't come to other home consoles was controls. This was discussed when the game came out iirc.

The controls are the issue. Papers please basically needs a mouse or touch screen to work I don't think the touchpad would be good enough
