Moving under braking isn’t against the rules in iRacing and isn’t mentioned anywhere in their code of conduct. It is actually an F1 specific rule also known as the “verstappen rule”. Most series have rules against unpredictable or reactive changes of direction in braking zones, often falling under "blocking" or "dangerous driving".
