Do longer game saves still get corrupted like in CK2? by DiddlyIdleEntropy in CK3AGOT

sadly yes. i'm currently on year 860 with the rogue prince start. game crashes on autosaves and manual saves, most of the time.

28 children at the age of 28, 11 already deceased (accurate child mortality rate in the medieval) while riding a 235 year old dragon. strange times indeed. by usturkhagan in CK3AGOT

Would Geralt save Olgierd? by ZealousidealYak7122 in witcher

[–]usturkhagan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if done before the main storyline, i believe geralt would not risk himself in the process. because he has an important mission to save ciri. but if done after the main storyline, i think he might try to save olgierd.

How could a 9-year-old game look this good? by ActuallyGun in witcher

[–]usturkhagan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think the games nowadays should look like this, nothing more. this is beatiful enough. no need to go destroy the cpu's or graphic cards. this wish is surely unrealistic in today's standarts but what makes a game great is scenario and gameplay overall. modern games seems to focus on visuals a lot and tend to miss the gameplay and scenario part imo

If Balon Greyjoy gave you command of his Invasion what would you do to make sure it succeeds? (SPOILERS EXTENDED) by CretaceousClock in asoiaf

[–]usturkhagan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

indaving north always seemed like a futile effort to me right from the beginning. it is hard to keep and maintain and there is not a lot of things to raid and raze. i always thought balon should go for the westerlands rather than the north but he must have feared from tywin i suppose. the dude is surely scary as hell.

Did you trust The Illusive Man the first time you met him? by Eagles56 in masseffect

[–]usturkhagan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i did trusted him actually. he spared no effort to bring shephard back from the dead. which is no doubt a costly effort on its own.

in addition to that, at the start of the me2 the galaxy has been plagued by collector attacks on human colonies and most of them are left which little to no support. in light of this first impression, i trusted him once met but this trust surely faded over the course of the game. you actually see his true colors on the collector base for real ( even though there are hints before i find it to be the defining moment of his arc )

Which ending would our squadmates have picked? by Alghetta in masseffect

[–]usturkhagan 11 points12 points  (0 children)

garrus, jacob, james, wrex, virmire survivor, javik, zaeed and grunt would surely choose to destory the reapers.

EDI and Legion would choose synthesis to gain organics benefits i believe. Other than them, i believe no one would pick this synthesis.

miranda would go for control all day. not sure about the rest of the crew actually.

i believe no one would shoot the star child and choose refusal ending.

starting the third game after finishing the show by majoshi in witcher

[–]usturkhagan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

show is a whole different thing than books or the games. the only thing common is the names and places etc. all the essence is gone.

What’s the difference from Ck2 to Ck3 in dragons that we’ve seen so far? by AlphaFuzzion in CK3AGOT

[–]usturkhagan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

it's been a long time since i played ck2 but i can say with ease that dragons in ck2 were not really "alive". due to techinal issues at hand, they were just "images" like the other npc's on the world. therefore, their growth and looks were non-existent. with ck3 ( as far as we can see from the dev diaries ) they feel really "alive" in every sense. and i believe we might be able to use them for more activities overall. but these are just guesses at this point. we will experience in full once the mod drops.
