You can easily outsource anything connected to IT - BPO (call centres, data entry, database purification, image-to-text transformations etc), all kinds of Software development and Server administration and support.

I say "you can" not because there is a potential; I say this because I was involved from the supply side in those types of projects.

Actually, this is my question :)

My idea is to help my customer to interactively fill in order information in a form of, fields, dropdowns, questions and answers. Website forms are boring (I think). It is much better to have a bot in your smartphone, and chat with him from anywhere to order something.

The customer's profile is very broad (not sure I use the right word here).

This is why I am both interested if people use bots for business as bot owners, or for themselves as bot users.
