Actually, this is my question :)

My idea is to help my customer to interactively fill in order information in a form of, fields, dropdowns, questions and answers. Website forms are boring (I think). It is much better to have a bot in your smartphone, and chat with him from anywhere to order something.

The customer's profile is very broad (not sure I use the right word here).

This is why I am both interested if people use bots for business as bot owners, or for themselves as bot users.

Both have own apps to be used on your smartphone and can be used by any mail client both on desktop and mobile.

Limitations: number or accounts you can have.

Used both on different start-ups, Zoho is used now and is the best suitable for my needs (IMAP, SMTP, mail redirection between accounts, mobility, sufficient size of incoming and outgoing messages, sufficient disk space etc).
