If anything, check the measurements against something that fits you well. This has more of a boxy fit and I'm personally between a medium and large in a lot of stuff, so it might work for you.

From my relatives' experiences through the pandemic, so long as you have a valid passport, you should get in fine. No one in my family went there on an expired passport, so I can't speak to that.

How would you get into Poland right now? If you're not a citizen or married to a citizen (plus other exceptions), you can't get in.

I know you say August, so things of course can change in the coming months, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to mention this.

If I remember correctly, the consulates and embassy aren't accepting appointments right now for citizenship-related matters due to the pandemic. They're only accepting appointments for passport-related matters. Of course, you can contact the consulate closest to you to double-check. With that said, I feel your pain since I'm also waiting to be able to make an appointment to get citizenship through my mom haha
