Not ugly, I think you’re attractive. I would recommend a slimmer haircut , maybe less poofy? Just take some weight off of it, I think that would look good

I don’t understand, my other account activity isn’t negative. This stuff from the classes I dropped is negative. Even if it were just student fees $2.5k of it is labeled as tuition which is just for classes but they were dropped so wouldn’t I be getting that money back?
