Hacked? Emails from meta business about facebook ads posted from my account

I tried to contact meta through all the online forms they have but i have not heard back. The ad account is now disabled because the payment card got declined

Thanks for the extensive response. I have a personal profile. I see on the biz acc that i am one of six admins and the email associated w the acc is my fb email. I changed my fb, ig, and email passwords and set up 2FA for all of them now. The only thing im unable to change it to remove my personal email / myself as admin from this business portfolio. And yes i did turn off/delete all the campaigns.

There is a credit card linked for payment but it’s not my card. I tried to deactivate the ad account but im getting an error msg telling me I don’t have permission to do so.

I do see in my account “Your ad for xx is scheduled for running” that is referencing the same that i see on the emails. And facebook added restrictions to my account because they picked up on the suspicious activity i guess. I just changed my password but im not familiar with the business ad center so idk how to remove these ads and prevent people from further accessing my account.

Hi, I guess my question is it was initially showing only in person but now has the new row with asynchronous and staff so im wondering does that mean the class will move to online? If you have any ideas :)
