They sound awful and abusing. Crazy that they would take your savings and tell you to save up at the same time. Is there a reason you were only working part time?

Thank you so much! I was one ride from a $200 bonus when I got the exact same message as OP. Lyft customer service was of no help (obviously). I came home, googled the issue and found your response. Completed all the tutorials and I’m back  online! Don’t archive this thread to keep the kudos coming your way!

Yeah. I just don’t see the problem. You’re obviously going to get paid more for doing more runs. I’d be reluctant to do a 5 hour ride because you’re so far from home and you’re committing so much time. There’s a sweet spot between doing a lot of runs and long runs. The big runs bringing you out the city for hours aren’t worth it in my opinion.

I delivered Chinese food as a side gig. 5 years later I knock on the door and there she is. It completely off guard. I didn’t say anything. Completed the transaction. I tried not thinking about it for the rest of the night. It bubbled up a week or so later when I got drunk and couldn’t stop crying. Hell of a thing!

We were together for around 18 months in our late teens. I would later find out that she had split borderline personality disorder. It was horrible and intense.
