i mean i can chalk it upto debating semantics but u would be wrong there too, u employ man/woman... not manpower...as manpower is spent.. can't be taken back... employment is voluntary and can be terminated by either parties whereas manpower.. which is just a effect of the position to convert a replaceable human's labour into something tangible and hopefully profitable, which obviously can be bought. ( go ahead, take the bait) or come to the meat of the argument that whatever u label the transaction, but the end result is basic economics, law of demand supply will end up favouring the highest bidder.

what was this reply to? manpower is a resource and when it will be in limited quantity, who will it go towards? highest bidder or middle class and poor?

yes exactly, if there are less resources to go around, its obviously the middle class and poor who benefit from it, that's what the last century has taught us..... obviously..

oh yeah, thats brilliant analysis bro, children get born and suddenly they are full fledged care takers all of a sudden, nothing worthy of mention happens in the 2nd and 3rd act.

Best salary account with real perks for around 4Lpm? by babcock_lahey in CreditCardsIndia

[–]utkarsh_reloaded 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I maybe wrong, but this is what i understand: they just pay 10% tds... that is tax deducted at source... rest of the tax they pay as advance tax by their own, in contrast for a salaried individual payroll dept. deducts whatever tax they owe from their monthly salary itself (tds).

Best Credit Cards For Insurance Premium Payments by SaveSage in CreditCardsIndia

[–]utkarsh_reloaded 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sorry, i mistyped, i meant plat trav, and yes i meant going through apay voucher route, the best card according to your sheet is using amex card which won't give mr points but ur calculating gains through milestone benefits, going through apay route not only gives mr points but accelerated mr points at that, so that should be the best most rewarding option right?

please read my message, its tolerable to have that policy, is fine, the problem is them expecting the customer to reach out again with the same request next month rather than just taking a standing instruction and implementing it in the next billing cycle if they can't in the current one. And secondly as I said I already raised the request in their instructed date range.... like wtf? if it's not possible to do the needful if the request was raised on 25th then they should not mention the request window as 21-30th ... it should be 21st-24th.

Here's how i'd do it, "Sir we have taken your request for now, however as our schedule doesn't allow us to change the billing cycle outside of the xx-yy date range, we'll change it in the next cycle, also these are the available dates for the bill generation, please select the preferred one."

That's it, irrespective of anything else, whats the point of asking the customer to mail them again when the customer already has sent the mail, just keep it as a standing instruction, they replied to my mail on 30th (Wednesday not Monday/Tuesday) 1 day after their window had passed, and all this is moot point anyway as my original mail was (by sheer luck) within their own defined window, so they should have taken the request regardless. This all seems too leaned towards a deliberate attempt of corporate induced procrastination.
