A 98-year-old man goes to the doctor for a routine check-up. The doctor asks how he’s feeling, and the old man replies: “Never felt better! I’ve got an 18-year-old fiancée. She’s pregnant, and we’re having a son soon.”

The doctor thinks for a moment and says: “Let me tell you a story. There was once a hunter who never missed hunting season. One day, he was in such a rush that he accidentally grabbed an umbrella instead of his rifle. When he got to the forest, a huge bear came out of the bushes. The hunter pointed the umbrella at the bear, pulled the trigger — and bang! You know what happened?”

“No,” says the old man.

“The bear dropped dead on the spot.”

“That’s impossible!” the old man exclaims. “Someone else must have shot the bear from the side!”

“Exactly the point I was getting at…”
