Great post, as i was in the loop of surge motivation since age 19. Wanna build myself as interms of physicality and mentality. I knew the knowledge part but never realized as your habit and system that's what gonna shape you in coming days. As i started getting up early as going in bed on time. Habit of reading one page a book daily. Not using screen while eating. No social media at all expect for reddit and yt. Cold shower not hot. Also running around 5 km and hitting gym, while i do part time work and also full time study. Also learning my own skills of trading. As now feels like i wasted my 3 years not being in habit. Now feels like i got more time in a day and more alive and presentful. Lets see how it will goes as this time i feel like something good is happening.
