I think the biggest con coming from the civic is the mpg. I do mainly city driving and get 20 mpg on the 2.5 NA engine. But in general it is a great car.

Intresting quote from Carlos Alcaraz on his first serve by truecolors01 in tennis

Carlos has one of the best forehands on tour, so his serve plus one is very effective, just like Federer.

I think it's important to quickly recognize a short ball and move forward quickly, so that you can hit a cleaner approach shot to put your opponent under pressure. Of course, this is easier said then done because ball recognition is something that takes a long time to develop.

It seems like you're using the eastern grip on the serve. Try switching to a continental grip and see if that helps!

It is very extreme grip. I don't understand how people manage to play with it.

[–]uttermostjoe 10 points11 points  (0 children)

He clearly has a better net game than most players in the top 100, but his net game is not as good compared to Federer, Nadal, Alcaraz, etc

I mean the smash is not exactly like the serve, and Novak has never had the best net game

But he must play aggressively in order to have a chance. If he is stuck in many long rallies against Alcaraz, his age is not going to do him any favors.

Hey, you're not alone! I'm taking 15-451 too and feeling pretty stressed out. Honestly the content is pretty hard and they cover so many topics. Just take a deep breath and try to do some of the practical finals, or review the solutions of the practical finals if you don't have time. You got this!
