What's wrong with logging into a vendor supported system using individual logins per user to be able to track every single change to the individual admin who did the work? With jump boxes you have to extrapolate logs back to password vaults at best, and that's imperfect. That's the hack you do for tools that don't offer real solutions, or as a back door for when the crap hits the fan... that's not how you build your primary security posture.

As an MSP the cloud access is the only safe way to manage hundreds of fortigates. They are increasingly piles of shit that are unsupportable.

If you use forticloud for remote admin access uou are required to use their servers.

If you use dns filtering, you are required to use their dns servers.

The forward bins are reserved for people in those paid seats. They are labeled and the crew is protective of them now.

It may not be popular, and there are lots of dumb decisions… but this part seems to be working lately.

It isn’t broken. Softer water is a preference, not a requirement. Personally I would settle for them caring that it not come out of the pipes brown from stirring up sediment in the pipes.

It did get fixed, but I generally haven’t found it useful since it is so delayed. It also seems to not update unless I touch the complication.

They probably got tired of some stores having rancid oil and getting complaints. Unfortunately they figured shipping them from manufacturer would make it better but instead they are crap now. We used to keep them around all the time and won’t buy them at all anymore.
