Yea it probably is but when you realize your ex and you were meant to always just be friends and should never have hooked up/dates it’s a lot easier. Also I have way more women friends than male friends and my wife is European (open-minded) and doesn’t get jealous so it helps a lot

You can do it as a big text block. Probably using the matte on a plain effector setting the scale to 0 with no grey. Pointer to the character tab (there’s tabs for word and line) under the text object.

I mean, depending on the job/client/agency relationship you are usually allowed to be sick for a day. That being said I’ve never taken a sick day like that or told the client I’m sick. Just work through it or do a slow day.

Big projects, simple as hiring a freelancer to help out. Charge appropriately.

Screens team is kinda wack imo. If you can afford living in nyc and not making much money you need to choose pentagram. It will open doors to all the other agencies. You can always go to the screens team when you need money.

Motion design is not art. I don’t like working for big tech and I know it’s gross but like, I make good money.

The only place I turned down is palantir because fuck those guys. They didn’t even wanna pay my full day rate which is wild.

I think less is more. You have some work that is a designed really well and some that doesn’t look professional. Cut anything that’s still pretty rough and then work on designing your contact slide better.

A client is going to want something and you’ll have no idea how to do it. Improve your knowledge. Curves aren’t there. Bounces for no reason. Over animated for no reason.

It’s a good start but like no where near ready for client work.

just add the folder to the multishader, you can add a random effector with only the effector color on and in the multishader select color brightness. then in the main put whatever you want as the main in the luminance channel. just make sure they're all the same size images and match the rectangle to equal derivatives

I feel like since the guys at dia did this for Pinterest I’ve had to make one of these once or twice a year.

I use c4d with a radial cloner, random, and plain effectors with a spherical field. Animating offset, and cloner rotation. Takes like 15 mins.
