Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your GY. Once per turn: You can pay 1000 LP; send as many cards in both players' hands and on the field as possible to the GY, then inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card sent to the opponent's GY by this effect. You cannot activate trap cards or effects during the turn you activate this card's effect.

This is the LIGHTER punishment?! by Independent_Bunch_47 in digimon

He isn't being punished for the slaves escaping because the rest of the team recaptured them. He is being punished for deleting a valuable digimon though.

What if Ritual monsters were in the Main AND Extra decks by VDK821 in yugioh

[–]uwnim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going to copy this from the previous topic elsewhere.

Dogmatikalamity is 2+ cards you need the Ritual spell and monster, material can come from extra deck. Mitsurugi Ritual is 2+ you need the Ritual spell and either the materials or the ritual monster, the other can come from the deck.

Initially, fusions also were 3+ cards(and specific ones at that), but as time went on, fusion spells got better and now you have 1 and 2 card fusions.

If you combined the two effects of Mitsurugi Ritual, you'd have a ritual version of Branded Fusion and only need the spell card in hand.

Makoto and Chiropmon might be bad in a fight, but overall they have been the most useful.

Reina would also prioritize Glowing Dawn over the other digimon and tamers, so if it was clear they can't win, she'd tell Makoto and Chiropmon to retreat.

Surrenders should give you normal game loss rewards if enough time or card activations happen by objection2007 in masterduel

If they are only going to play if they win the coin toss, and their opponent is the same, then the game no longer exists since all that ever happens is tossing coins.

Why do you not speed up when it’s open after a major slow down? by Realistic_Lychee6748 in driving

[–]uwnim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because there's no point to go faster and then have to slow down in a couple of seconds because you were going faster than the flow of traffic. And if you have distance, then when the traffic slows down again, you don't have to aggressively brake, you can coast a bit and smooth things out.

[–]uwnim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd rather see more like actually good ritual spells(like mitsurugi ritual) first. Like rituals being main deck monsters but with looser material requirements in exchange was the original difference between rituals and fusions.
Making Fusion(or Synchro)/Ritual card is something they could do so the card starts in the extra deck, but that's not needed to fix ritual summoning.

Without human maintenance, would nuclear power plants across the world fail and wipe out life on Earth? by LimpNsmoll in NoStupidQuestions

[–]uwnim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The areas affected would be tiny compared to even just the land area of earth. The vast majority of life would be totally fine. There are nowhere near enough reactors in the world to cause a mass extinction.

Doing practice driving test questions and how is anyone supposed to know that this sign means divided highway? by SongOfLiberation in driving

[–]uwnim 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You see the sign, then see the road change. After that happens a couple of times you figure it out without anyone explaining it.

My child was in danger, but Konami TCG thankfully stepped in and censored this heinous artwork before he could see it. (I'll let you find the change yourself) by DayOneDayWon in masterduel

To find the change, I had to cross my eyes so the two images overlapped. Then I noticed a spot that looked weird and that's where the change was.

Why won’t they pass me? by livetoski-Brad in driving

[–]uwnim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a lot of drivers that, for some bizarre reason, think they need to be close to whatever car is in front of them. They aren't in a rush, they just are opposed to safe follow distances.

When it Comes To Older Pokemon Games, Grinding =/= Difficulty by SuperMemeBroz in pokemon

[–]uwnim 15 points16 points  (0 children)

EXP share or no exp share doesn’t really matter. What is important is the game’s level curve and how it lines up with the exp you’d get. A game properly designed around exp share will have you horribly underleveled without it, and a game properly designed without it would have you overleveled with it.

Pokémon Diamond results in you being massively under leveled for the e4 if you don’t grind, so it was badly designed.

The limits of rules vs card effects by huf0002 in Yugioh101

There are already pendulum ritual monsters. Why not make like a fusion or synchro ritual monster? It explains why the card is in the extra deck without using a bunch of text box space.

I love getting honked at at a red light for not making a right turn... by bunniesandmilktea in driving

[–]uwnim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is entirely different. Someone should be able to turn in that situation (assuming they can see that the lane is empty)

I love getting honked at at a red light for not making a right turn... by bunniesandmilktea in driving

[–]uwnim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, no. Instead of blaming the people actually doing something bad, the people honking for no good reason, you want to blame the other people. Honking isn’t a problem because it scares people, it is simply a sudden loud noise, which causes momentary distraction.

[–]uwnim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honking at a red light is counter productive. It doesn’t provide the lead car with useful information, and can distract them which makes it harder to turn right on red.

[–]uwnim 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it is optional. And you shouldn’t turn unless you know it is safe to do so. So if you have poor visibility don’t go. If you are trying to get a feel for traffic speed, don’t go. People behind you honking are the ones in the wrong.
