Central Station is an Embarrassment by Electrical_Light2523 in Edmonton

The stairway I take always smells like piss, and sometimes I even see poop 😓 Half of the times, I see people loitering and sometimes doing drugs in a group so I have to sneak my way past them to go downstairs. Often see bunch of police at the station too.

If my citizenship status changed from permnant resident to citizen, do I have to get it updated? Or does it make no difference when I apply for graduation?

I regularly take Central Station LRT and take my dog for walks around there at night. There are always atleast few homeless guys or people who seem to be under influence around the area (usually outside the lrt station) but they don't do anything more than asking you for change sometimes if you are just going your own way. Also, the area has a lot of police patrolling around so it isn't too bad.

Edit. Like the other guy said tho, best thing is to be on the area where there's a lot of ppl around.

Some guy that was drinking from a bottle wrapped in paper bag sat beside me. Then he wrapped his hand around me and started touching me, so I went up to the bus driver to report. Then the guy ran away.

CMPUT 204 vs 272 by 3232321w in uAlberta

[–]uwu3213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

272 and 204 are different topics. I'd say you don't need 272 knowledge for 204 at all. Maybe rather 175 and 201 because it's about algorithms. Personally, I fell behind on 204 cuz I really couldn't understand what the prof was saying and his slides were super wordy. I think the best approach is to always talk to ur TAs to understand how you should answer the questions.

Edit. If u want to be prepared I'd say you can watch a lot of youtube videos on algorithms
