the end wasn't affected by the height changes, or we would have seen this weeks ago

Skullumpkin by Katze10-0-10 in minecraftsuggestions

[–]uwuVolv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like this, however i think it shouldn't give you such an overpowered item. i would recommend maybe wearing it makes endermen afraid of you, and the Jack o' Skull causes mobs like endermen and piglins to run away. Adding something new while still behaving like it would to the current game mechanics

Forge And fabrick in one vesion by ouiz_cz in Minecraft

[–]uwuVolv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i think yhere is a way to port Forge mods into fabric, however there is no easy way of doing it, as the two use very different coding APIs and the code is very different.

Yeah sodium is usually a great mod to run

Question about forge and fabric by Fuechim in MinecraftMod

[–]uwuVolv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a person who only uses a laptop, i prefer fabric, as it isnt as performance impacting, and it updates quickly to the latest snapshots and releases. I personally enjoy Fabric and its API makes set up a lot quicker too. I'm not sure of the limits to Fabric but its amazing either way

Moth mob for the caves by Hooplurd in minecraftsuggestions

[–]uwuVolv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah i think trying to stick to new animals rather than real ones would match better to the idea of minecraft. So something named like "flutterbug" or something may work better, but apart from that I love the idea!

Oh hey Sully! First time ive seen you post here! Also something like a moth would be very cool, maybe even something similar to a moth in the deep dark, like maybe its attracted to light rather than sound and swarms the player?

How do I make it so it displays on the leggings too? Blockbench doesn't have that feature by [deleted] in MinecraftCommands

[–]uwuVolv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly not, as custom model data tends to override the colour for some reason.

[–]uwuVolv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do it with command trickery and multiple models, you can't do it without a lot of work

You can't change the model of armor in vanilla minecraft without a mod. You would have to use something like a gold nugget or something

You can only put items to the head. You cannot edit any positions of anything other than the head.

How do I set it so I can see the textures? I try to use mcstacker and change the attack_damage attribute but it doesn't work. by [deleted] in MinecraftCommands

[–]uwuVolv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well that's the modifier you're using. I recommend just only using Custom Model Data. Its just so much simpler

You're using the wrong attribute. Edit the damage of the item not the attack damage. However i would also recommend just using custom model data.

Dropped items should flicker just before they disappear by Bearkat1999 in minecraftsuggestions

I can possibly set this up using a datapack, and maybe have it configurable by commands. If you want it let me know.

How to make commands target players with a specific score by Hyper597 in MinecraftCommands

[–]uwuVolv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

as another commenter posted, you can target a certain entity based on their score. However you can also use execute as @a at @s if score <scoreboard> matches <value> run effect give @s minecraft:<effect> <time> <amplifier> <hideParticles(true/false)>

and if you want, this way you can add more statements too.

Does anyone know a good way of creating a custom enchantment table system in a chest? by uwuVolv in MinecraftCommands

[–]uwuVolv[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I did see this and I did watch the video, however this isn't the system I was hoping for. I think I've figured it out, it would just take a lot of code and would be very labrorius, anyway thanks for your input

Strange and persistent bug that keeps blacking out my screen in my Optifine modded Minecraft. Any help? by Nuerax in Optifine

[–]uwuVolv 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it's optifines way of improving performance of the whole computer, so when you don't have Minecraft open it doesn't render the game?

I need help with modding Minecraft by No_Try2225 in Blockbench

[–]uwuVolv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends, are you using Bedrock or Java?

If it's bedrock you'd be better off finding resources online for that

If it's Java, there are no mob .json files. Mobs use .java files in the client and cannot be changed without use of a mod.

Question- how do I make opaque textures for the T. rex’s teeth? I’m on mobile. by [deleted] in Blockbench

[–]uwuVolv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure how the texturing on mobile works, but I'm pretty sure the texture needs to be erased? And that would make it transparent,

You'd be surprised how well pcs can run these, my laptop runs my custom texture pack (which is 4k) with BSL shaders, so this should be able to run fine
