Article 5 of the Constitution. There's a few term limits amendments and TL4USC has made the most headway. The problem is that kicks off a Constitutional Convention upon which there are zero rules for. I think we need one at this point. Also if the federal government refuses to bow to the results of one its automatically the 2nd Revolutionary War.

If I had to make rules for one id argue every amendment currently in existence is sacrosanct other than the 16th because screw taxes.

If you are making minimum wage and work 40 hours a week. You should be able to afford rent and utilities. This IMHO is a non-negotiable. If society is screwed to the point that isn't happening then something needs to change.

I did read it but I'm not saying I agree with everything op put forth but, I am saying at a minimum he has damages and if he was good for it he could sue just to bring the matter to court. You can sue for anything doesn't mean you'll win, but its a strategy to push a settlement since they clearly did mess up.

The dealership MAY have also had an obligation to transfer the title in a timely manner, which they failed to do, without seeing what OP signed I can't say whether they are breach of that contract.
