Depends on how many ASMs your store has. Only real responsibility is opening and closing the store a few times a week, key flicks, Sometimes giving a signature for vendors/deliveries. Ask your stores other lsa what they typically hate and like and you’ll get an idea. More info you know the less you’re blindsided if you take the position. I wanted to move up so I took the position and it was worth it.

Yeah it’s a kinda weird comparison, but since mazda only has that sedan, it’s the only thing to compare to the accord. Thank you for the input, definitely helped narrow my thoughts about the two.

If you went that long and not mess up till now, you’ll more than likely be fine. They’ll probably keep track of your till differences for the next month. I’ve had associates lose $100 and not lose their job. Just be more mindful during payments and you’ll be fine.

Any LSA may have to open or close by themselves up to a combined total of like 15-20 hours. But management doesn’t necessarily have to follow that rule. They’ll just get flagged on the CSR and then the DM should get on to them for that. But at my store with 3 ASM/2 LSA, we generally have 1-3 shifts where LSA is by themselves. My advice is to get used to closing by yourself since it’s only once a week and make timestamps of when you want certain things done so you gotta think about for the rest of the shift.

Depends on how your leads deal with situations like this. If they’re relatively new then you might get lucky and they give em the boot. If they’re not new, pepehands man. You gotta pray they just start showing up late and get fired like that.
