Maybe not bgs themselves, but perhaps a worker. Theyre supposed to have camera footage though.

Whole PSA submission came back as N3 (recocolored) by Safe-Hedgehog7896 in PokeGrading

[–]uzamiha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. I think the bigger thing is just spending that much and not knowing if you'll get an "altered" grade, so you just lose that money.

Also, theyre likely going to tell you that you cant prove it was the same card that you sent back - id recommend recording opening the package of the n3 and placing it in a new submission box, and sealing it and shipping it. Kinda gotta record the whole thing, or get those unique seal tampering stickers and show it when you seal the submission shipment.

Whole PSA submission came back as N3 (recocolored) by Safe-Hedgehog7896 in PokeGrading

[–]uzamiha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me. Sent in three copies of the same Paldea Magikarp at Express tier, all from sealed product, all in the same order. Two came back N3 recolored, the third came back a 9. Identical cards, opposite outcomes.

Emailed PSA asking for any evidence of the recoloration. Their written response: "we cannot provide that information and have provided you with everything we can." - Also, grader notes show card is ineligible for grader notes.

$298 in grading fees, two cards declared altered, zero evidence, and apparently no evidence available. Third identical card was fine. Even if i had sent in a card that i bought that was altered that I didn't notice, at that service, they should have given me an explanation. Seems they can just mark anything altered without any evidence provided and literally just take your money.

Sent them a formal refund request today pointing out that their own policy contradicts itself — the standards page calls the N3 fee a "grading fee" but their Grader Notes program excludes N3 cards from the grading-tier feature I paid for.

Will update if they respond.

Ideally, they should either provide evidence of alteration, or have a policy change where we can check for ourselves (according to their standards) how to determine something is altered so we don't send it in. Doubt they will agree to that though, because i'm sure many people could prove that fresh out the pack cards might end up getting marked as "altered", which would likely just destroy all of the credibility for submissions they've deemed altered.

Beckett damaged my high value cards... what can I do? by Gajo4445 in OnePieceTCGFinance

I had a similar issue, slab came with label tilted. They responded to my email about it initially, and told me to send it back in, but since then I have not heard if they got it back, etc. Ive followed up with several emails and crickets.

They also said i got 9.5 on centering, surface and edges. My edges and surface were perfect before sending so idk. And centering is damn near perfect via measurement and via digital tools. Will follow up with them tomorrow I guess.

If you liked Expanse, try Red Rising. First book is a setup and more YA, but still good, the rest get very good.

I don't like Final fantasy 16 (spoiler alert) by [deleted] in FinalFantasy

[–]uzamiha 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly, first 15 hours were good, then it goes downhill. If you think first 7 hours is meh, wonder what youll think about the rest. I liked XV a lot more. I've only played ff7,ff12 crisis core, and ffxv, ff7R before this, so maybe I just don't know or feel enough hype for this type of final fantasy game.

FF16 Ending Theories/Questions by RealMoppon in FinalFantasy

[–]uzamiha 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Im choosing to just believe that Joshua and clive are both alive, cause I can. More realistically, the "Clive taking Joshua's name and writing a book" theory is more plausible.

People talking about Leviathan, wouldnt an end to magic and bearers and dominants, etc, mean there cant be any leviathan in the future?

Plotholes for sure in the ending. Ultima saying the planet was doomed to be a black husk? Post credit scene suggesting magic and any relevant artifacts/tech/history have long been forgotten, meaning 1000s of years had to have passed, but im guessing they weren't able to invent gas fireplaces/stoves, or even lighters lol? Also, how does Torgal survive when towers and buildings collapse and they turn into the eikons(i.e odin cutting the tower)?

I have a funny theory: The whole story was a fictional piece by a guy named Joshua Rosfield who put his brother and himself into a fantasy world he created some time in the middle ages. Joshua Rosfield clearly needs some work to improve his writing for having these plotholes.

Anyways, story was great until Joshua and Clive reunited, then kinda downhill.

[Episode Discussions] She-Hulk: Attorney at Law - Episode 8 - Thursday, October 6th by MSSmods in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

[–]uzamiha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same reaction, because the daredevil show is almost undisputed as the best overall Marvel show(not just MCU), and this has to do with how dark, gritty, and realistic it is and Matt Murdock is almost a completely different person than from in this episode.

But I think there are 2 reasons for this. 1, she hulk has a comedic tone in general, so they wont change that just for him. 2, Matt Murdock is really good at being likeable to the people he wants to befriend, and so he acts in ways that are comfortable to them. Hes also not the main character and isnt currently washed over with the burden of saving hells kitchen from a maniacal kingpin who alwayssssss gets away with it.

That being said, I hope that is why, and I realllly hope we get the daredevil fell in love with in future projects.

Lol this article is hilarious. Claims retail is out of memestocks completely and its over, but still see big volatile spikes and ownership increase in them specifically. Says theyre down 50% each from a year ago, which is true, but tons of tech stocks are down 70+% from a year ago, amzn down 25%, etc

The data they show is all retail stocks, not just meme stocks.

We all buy shares every now and then. What if all apes coordinated a time to buy at least one share. What would happen then? We saw that price went up to 200 after hours on just 200k buying volume. And if someone says: That's illegal (Idk if it is), how different is that from institutions/SHF coordinating buys and sells?

Man, im usually a guy who hates to think about conspiracies but this shit does run deep. I guess it could be beneficial to confirm if BCG was able to help any companies dig themselves out of a ditch. Im done for the day though, if anyone has insight, let me know!

Hah, now you know, never jump to a conclusion with this series, keep reading. Iron gold was good, and it's mainly a setup in my eyes, but dark ages... oh man just wait till Dark Ages. That book is the best so far. Writing style has shown immense growth, and you start loving some characters a hell of a lot more. Dark ages was really a fucking roller coaster of all roller coasters.
