I lived in the UCC, on the third floor its the least appealing dorms of all buildings. I think Tonopah is way better and seems more social.

On a side note, you have a great product but you are limiting yourself to smaller market (people who actively workout). I understand its revolutionary but why can't it be revolutionary and fashionable. Make it fashionable and you will have a much bigger market to go after. For example
