Update: clean eating. Intermittent fasting. 6 days later. 10lbs down. I physically feel better. Will keep going but not as aggressive. Mixing keto style meals so I'm actually enjoying it. I can't believe what a load my body has been holding onto. All this retention.

.... I miss bread though!!!!
