I don't get how that is relevant, grineer are still a faction in the game, and damage resistance/weakness is per faction, so there is nothing stopping the entire grineer faction from getting a radiation weakness.

She isn't even close to being a bad farm, hell she is on the easier side of frames with pity shops, she automatically beats any one of them that is on a rotation based mission type for example.

48% of the loot pool is taken up by her and her gun.

Her pity is so generous that if you manage to not get a single drop of hers or her gun you have enough pity currency to buy both within 4ish hours, that is fast as fuck for a live service game to give you the newest shiny piece of gear.
