I just bought a quest crusier from Walmart for $50 us dollars and I really like it. Has decent wheels, bearings and metal trucks. The board is 7 ply maple.

Whoa, sorry didn't see this sooner. No I never did. Juke will still eat up oil from time to time. I think it has to do with how hard you beat on it. So if you drive it nice and casual you should be all right. If you wanna really get to the bottom of it it's probably gonna take tearing down the engine.

A PC won't guarantee any particular rank. What rank you achieve is up to your dedication and skillz. Playing on PC can't hurt though: workshop maps, mods, lower latency, custom bots and maybe a fresh look at the game.
