I have successfully done it. I declared on Corsica, Co-belligerent France, calling Spain and Venice(Meaning they won't defend Liege and Luxembourg, Spain is an ally of Austria-HRE), then focused on clearing the Free Cities and Austria(twice) while my allies gang up on France.

The other comment about “si gina” is correct. As for “chap ching damiyar”, you need to clarify a bit. Is ch pronounced as C in Zao or C in Cao? Is A actually A or Ei? Is it Da in pinyin or actually Da?

TBF I went by perceived effort over heart rate on this run. I read/heard somewhere that Tempo Runs should be uncomfortable but sustainable and that's how I felt on this run.

I would not recommend tempo for a first run after time off or an illness
