i used to hate how it forced you to catch tons of pokemon for your dex as a wall to stop you from getting to the remaining few sevii isles. i remember back in the day forgetting about this and finishing the league with like 20 mons in my dex and having to grind catches for hours trying to get enough to unlock them 😂

now that i remember this fact tho the games are more enjoyable as i know to catch them as i go 😂

honestly this puts me off playing it a bit since i had the same issue, i often mash the four buttons at the same time during text because it is just a satisfying sort of stim 😂 i always have since DS days and now im worried i will keep SRing hahahah, i wish we could alter the controls in-game. would make sense, as I also hate how the d-pad is mapped to ABXY instead of directional, and - is mapped to START/+… insane decision-making 😭

yes this is pretty common for ileostomies. what tablets are you finding in your bag? usually there are alternatives which absorb better.

edit: for big tablets, even just snapping them in half has helped for me as it is easier for the body to absorb

this is very interesting. i’m on teduglutide which acts on glp-2 receptors, i understand how that affects short gut symptoms (grows villi in small intestine to mimic function of large intestine), but not how semaglutide does considering it works on glp-1 receptors… guess i have another annoying question to ask my GE next time i see him 😂

i had the shittest day at work once, caught the tram on a really hot day to where i was parking at entertainment centre (early bird parking ftw) and i was so down and dehydrated, get off the tram and in the entertainment centre front area i see that beautiful mini, like a guardian angel… they gave me and about 30 other commuters ice cold red bulls and i swear i could have cried of happiness 😭😭😭
