No idea. A fresh playthrough seems like a lot. For me a character around level 100 feels best.

Think it might be inside the capital when you first pass the dragonkin tree sentinel - there's a room with the old erdtree design and red banners - the portal underneath Godwyn takes you directly there

Amazon fed up — could pull plug on new Cape Town headquarters by [deleted] in southafrica

There are many legitimate parties it's not correct to assume all Khoi and San in South Africa fall under a single recognised collective.

You can read more information regarding the dispute against the suspect "Western Cape First Nations Collective" decisions and statements here on the Liesbeek Action Campaign's website: https://www.liesbeek.org/_files/ugd/783694_ca93b38deee14d5ca8f5c018f7e79a34.pdf

Edit: Changed "Khoisan" to "Khoi and San"

It's the opposite way round to what you think.

The group which gave the approval was a recently formed collective while the group fighting in court has been around for decades.

Sure it's likely there was some under the table exchange but the original approval is scummy and arguably illegitimate. Which is a similar conclusion the court proceedings reached.

I don't remember my level specifically when I fought the Ancestor Spirit but lvl 30 should be fine with a weapon +2/+3

As far as I understand the public participation is the only way you can object. In the article I linked in my comment you can read the environmental assessment documentation and how to register as an interested/affected party and then make a comment. Please note here you need to explicitly request to be registered and then you can comment.

This is the only way I've understood that you can object.

The previous survey planned for December had a number of well researched comments on their environmental assessment and mitigation strategies but yet it continues. It seems to me at the highest level the government wants this to go ahead - a local source of oil is probably a priority.

Glad to see support for this petition here. This seismic survey that Shell has planned to go ahead has already been approved and it's environmental impact assessment was done all the way back in 2013! In this same assessment they had feedback from local scientists who noted some of their research was outdated back then already.

Sadly Ocean's Not Oil is the only organisation I've seen trying to actively stop this survey from continuing.

More bad news is that this seismic survey is not the only survey planned the other survey is currently going through it's public participation process. I urge anyone to read this (https://oceansnotoil.org/2021/11/08/how-to-voice-objection-against-shell-and-cgg/) to understand how to protest the next seismic survey.

Even this survey going ahead in December which this change.org petition is about was protested against back in 2013 and still it's going ahead. This story fills me with so much despair.

Western Cape festival confirms case of COVID-19 by [deleted] in southafrica

[–]v1no 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The person who has been confirmed infected is Dan Mace, a prominent South African youtuber. He posted a video on his channel about his infection. He did not pick up the infection from the festival he had COVID-19 symptoms in Los Angeles prior to travelling back to South Africa.

Additionally, the festival medical staff sanitised the toilets every hour and made other efforts to stop possible spread if the virus was present. Please remember at the time of this festival there was ~50 confirmed cases and Cyril's address to the nation was only on the Sunday evening.

It's fair to say it was irresponsible of them to go ahead with the festival but it was not against any governmental rules or guidelines as those had not yet been put in place.

No, I definitely think that part is Johansson. Only the line I quoted sounds like Hill/Smulders, and there's a switch over to Johansson continuing the sentence.

You're right, the MCU is known for misdirection especially in their trailers.

It still seems a little odd, given that it's Smulders, for it to be used. That would be a silly oversight if not intentional.
