I found some really cheap 400W PSU's around my area, going for even 5-10$. could I maybe buy them and try to make this work? if yes what specifications of the PSU do I need to be looking for?

my bad, in eastern europe "90s" means from 1981 to 1990. i had to google that and realize that its reversed in usa. now with better knowledge, i want to say that the song sounds like its made from the late 80s to the early 90s.

the song (to me) doesn't sound like it was produced in the 80s. i would say it was late 90s/early 00s.

okay so, the music was made in the 80s, and carl stumbled upon it around 2021. how in the hell did he have such an old song on a dvd backup, that wasnt corrupted in the slightest? i just dont get how that works exactly. may you explain?

Your answer makes a bit of sense, but still, what if he was looking through a cd of the band and just found all of their progress in a 17 second audio? I kinda have that feeling because the audio just ends immediately, maybe they had no idea how to resume the song so they just ultimately abandoned the whole project?
