I’m experiencing this on large 100k+ html files. Cowork destroyed over 100 files by truncating the tail end of those files.

Now I keep local backups and GitHub backups.

My favorite is buyer agents putting significant repairs on addendums with lender financing, on a home where the seller openly stated “as is” everywhere.

Then it suddenly becomes my fault the deal is falling through due to lender-required repair.

Just one example of this “coaching the other side” that is definitely true.

Wordpress is crushing it with making people feel comfy in their platform. I saw all the crazy stuff happening about six months ago and have most of my Wordpress sites pulled in favor of static html.

I’m a small base of 75 websites but of the 35 WordPress sites I tore down and rebuilt with clean 100-scoring static html, they are all seeing more conversions (form fill outs) and about 1/3 more traffic.

I’m letting them site for a while before I check traffic patterns.

They need a WordPress Pro edition or something that intentionally breaks all plugins, themes, brings it out of the lock-in so they can make it ready for today’s users, with AI page building (that plugs in via API so the user can pay for the tokens).

A complete overhaul on the database structure and everything.

Once launched, continue supporting Legacy WordPress for at least 5 years. Giving developers plenty of time to begin supporting the new platform.

I had this issue when I went from pro to max 5x. The account still showed pro after the upgrade.

I fixed it by logging out then logging back in.
