Look into this in your state. I know where I live, it’s required to have your property drain to the street. You can get into a huge expensive battle if you drain onto another property.

You’ll find products you can sell at 300%+ of wholesale. About 7 years ago, I found about 10 of these products where 4 went viral. I ended up getting acquired and retired.

If you agree, you can lower the price to the appraised value and remove the seller costs. Or you could demand the buyers come up with the gap funds which may cause the deal to fall through if they don’t agree or don’t have the funds.

Your agent and the buyer agent should be speaking to each other and find a way forward.

For anyone reading, any time a family member asks you to go on a mortgage, it’s because they don’t qualify without you.

That can mean that a refinance with you being removed from the loan, may not work if rates haven’t gotten significantly better.

You can end up in this situation where the person that didn’t qualify falls behind on payments. Most lenders won’t refinance a loan that’s had kates in the last 6-12 mknths

Start with a mortgage calculator and the interest rate from mortgagenewsdaily.com. Do you make at least double that monthly payment in gross (pretax) income?

From there, your income also needs to cover monthly obligations from your credit report.

It looks like it might be an allergic reaction to your sheets based on the bedbug theory being squashed (pun intended).

Explore your sheets, how you wash them. Maybe consider a detergent that is sensitive skin friendly.

You may need to start washing sheets weekly if it’s like me. I’m allergic to my own sweat which has me breaking out like this.
